I am still here. Roughly 15 pounds from where I want to be, my pants are tight again and I am desperately trying to regain the me-time I had more of in previous months.

As with most of you, I have some stressors in my life. The past few months have proven to me that I can easily fall back into old habits. I do not have the luxury of long workouts, so I am going to have to be creative. Exercise remains my stress relief.

The world is good again after a run. My patience ...

So, I've been meaning to tell you that you've been on my mind when I'm out for my long runs. See, years ago, when I first found Spark and AB, I remember this Ennairol girl writing a blog post talking about turning left instead of right (or something along those lines). For some reason, I had never really thought about what I *could* do because I was focusing on what I *should* do, which was follow the course I had laid out for myself.

But what if...
WHAT IF?
What if, instead of turning left and going on the pre-determined route, what if I turned right? Crazy talk! Insanity! But now, every time I get to the top of my little hill and I find myself turning right, I virtually high five you and whisper a thank you for reminding me to look in another direction.

Since I'm 2 sleeps away from my next HM, I thought I'd tell you.
