Life is slipping away....

My Goals:
New Goal:
I will get down to my goal weight of 150 by 12/31/15. I will do this by getting atleast 30 minutes of exercise a day and by keeping track of my portions/calorie intake.


My Program:
Keep track of my calorie intake and portion sizes. Drink 32 ozs. min. a day of water.
30 minutes of some sort of activity a day.

Personal Information:
My name is Aprill and I am from Southeastern Connecticut. When I am not working I am with my three children (21yr, 16yr, and 6yr). Freetime, what is that?!

Other Information:
I love movies, reading (audio books count right? ), and listening to music. Doing family activities and hanging with the girls. Take my camera everywhere with me, you never know what you might see. Right now trying to find my niche other than work and being a mom.

Hiking sounds fantastic! Our weather has been a freakish 70°. Lots of evening jaunts through the pasture. I've found the best way to curb boredom snacking is to not be at the house. Maybe I can live in a treehouse in the backyard?
