Hi Connie, I don't believe I've spoken to you since you've been on the team (CWO50). HOw did that happen? Please forgive me. It looks like ignored you. That was certainly not the plan.
Well, I stopped by to tell you that I know about falling off the wagon (although I can never remember if falling off the wagon is good and getting on the wagon is bad...). I'm struggling to stay focused on the food at hand and not the snacks and junk I'd like to eat out of frustration and feeling like "it's never going to come off" syndrome.
But we do have to get back up and take a day at a time. For me, it's taking one hour at a time. If I can get 8 oz of water in every hour throughout the day, I will be focused less on the junk snacks I crave. They are not all bad, but certainly unnecessary.

Thanks for stopping by my space. I did exercise last wek after work I went to curves, but I haven't back since. I have been one vacation all week, home for a few days, now back on vacation Wednesday till after Easter monday. I walked a lot on my vacation. Than ks for checking in with me. I appreciate it. I've read some of your recent blogs and my heart goes out to you. You sound so tired. I've been there myself--so much stress and turmoil can really have an adverse effect on your attempts to lose weight.
I am praying that you will give some of your burdens over to the Lord and trust him to take care of things you have no control over. When your heart is lighter, you will be better able to take care of the things you can control.
