Progress Not Perfection
Slow and steady. It's not a race. One step at a time. I'm barely 5'3" and I was a little over 200lbs at 9 months pregnant. This past year I've been around 150lbs which is great! However, I know that I need to be at an even healthier weight to feel more energized, confident, and just plain healthy! I also want to be a good role model for my daughter.
