2015 Exercise is now a regular part of my life. This year I want to revamp my eating habits,and get to and maintain my goal weight once and for all.

2013 5 years later still fighting the good fight. I have gained some middle age weight but am planning on taking it off this fall with BLC 23. Working on going to the gym regularly and limiting my vices. Sigh
2011.... After 3 months of good progress going to the gym regularly and eating and drinking healthier,someone slid their car into mine during an ice/snow storm. My car was totaled and I broke my foot. I am having a physical and mental setback but determined to try to not let my couch sitting become permanent..
2010........ I am 42, still with 2 kids, the same job, stressed but at least 10 pounds lighter.
I now need to try to incorporate exercise into my life more often than once a month and work a little harder
2008 I am 40, 2 kids, a job, 20 lbs to loose, stressed and no time but I am tired of excuses..

My Goals:
1. Lose and then maintain my weight at 130
2. Exercise 3 times a week
3. Enjoy outdoor activities with my sons such as hiking and biking. I want to show them the joys of hiking the National Parks.
4. Take piano lessons and have time to practice regularly
5.Do a DIVA half marathon some day (walking of course)
6. Retire at 62 ( in my dreams)
7. Take family vacations away and girl-friend weekends once a year
8. Learn to cook healthy meals.
9 Be happy with my self and be in the NOW, enjoy every moment of my life, and not waste them being unhappy/unfulfilled etc
10 Be the best mother I can be who takes care of herself, so she has much to give to her family
