Goal 1-Get down to 210 by Valentines Day.
Goal 2-Get under 200 by my birthday march 25th.
I just want to feel like myself again. I feel like I've lost who I really am under all this fat. I want to run and play with my kids without even thinking about it. I just want to feel good and be a healthy example for my kids.
At least 30 min of physical activity per day and a clean diet. Cut out processed foods and add in lots of fresh produce, quality protein, and complex carbs.
