A weight has been lifted....

I recently had a breast reduction. After a few years of fighting back pain and trying to get in shape, I realized that I needed medical intervention. Five days post surgery, I am realizing it was the best decision. Now it's up to me.

Personal Information:
I have a fun, crazy family that I adore. I couldn't imagine a better life. A thinner, healthier one, sure, but it's pretty darn great.

Other Information:
I made drastic cuts to my career to spend time with my kids. I never thought I would do that and now, I can't imagine any other life. No regrets in the least.

Green tea sounds great. I gave up all caffiene about a year ago. The only thing I miss is the green tea. So, have a little extra for me.

Sorry I did not check in yesterday. It was crazy busy. I am struggling to stay motivated as the scale is not going down as much as I would like. I should know better, but it is still hard. Hope you are having a great day!!

Just checking in. I was not feeling to strong this morning and took it easy. I did pretty good with the food this weekend other than the potato salad, but now that I have it out of my system and I get on with the healthy eating.
