My Goals:
To be healthy enough to to enjoy spending time with my husband, my children and grandchildren.
My Program:
Tracking food, trying to develop an awareness of what I actually eat, and make that awareness part of my daily living.
Personal Information:
I'm a Kansas farm girl, living in the city now. I have eight children, and three step-children, all grown and some married. Now the grandchildren are coming along! I teach piano, so have been able to come back to my passion, my music. My life is wonderful, and getting better every day.
Other Information:
My favorite things are spending time with my husband, my parents, my children, my grandchildren, my siblings and my friends. I love old movies and new movies if they are good and don't leave my nerves in shreds. I love any music that you continue to hum or sing after you hear it. I love books that absorb me and that I can't put down and then can't wait to read again.
