We live for Jesus, home educate, attachment parent, do lots of crafts and I love creating items by sewing, knitting, crocheting, cooking...basically anything creative! I put on a lt of weight the past 7 years while growing and feeding my babies and now the time has come to address that issue and get back to a sensible weight.

My Goals:
To find peace. To be the mum I hoped I'd be. To eat sensibly and get back to a more practical size so I can shop for clothes in charity shops again.
My Program:
To eat between 2000-2300 while I'm exclusively breastfeeding control my stress levels by exercising every day (currently loving TurboJam, Pilates, The Firm)
