I am a 30 year old mother of one and I am trying to motivate myself to change my lifestyle. I really want to be healthy for my beautiful son. He was born at 25 weeks and is now 2 1/2 years old. I want to show him how to be as healthy as possible. I have set small goals for myself so that I can have something to look forward too for every 5 lbs I lose.

My Program:
I exercise everyday and eat healthy foods. I count my calories and try my best to stay within my calorie range. I make sure that I get in at least 4 days of strength training during the week too!

Personal Information:
I am originally from NC. I work for the Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board as an Executive Assistant. Great Job!!

Other Information:
I love to watch TV. That is actually my biggest weakness. I watch shows like; Grey''s Anatomy, Private Practice, Ghost Whisperer, ER, Closer, Saving Grace, Biggest Loser & Charmed. Wow, that seems like a lot.
My favorite movies are Twilight and A Walk to Remember. I also LOVED New Moon. I can't wait to see Eclipse!

Yeah, things have been pretty good. MY dh is looking for a job at the moment but we're making the best of it and enjoying the time together and so are the kids.
Have a good night!
