Journey to a better me

I'm a busy mom of four. For most of my adult life I've been a stay at home mom, but in 2011 my husband became unable to work due to complications from spinal stenosis and a spinal lipoma. I'm now working more than full-time in a call center which has led to a very sedentary lifestyle because working out is the last thing on my mind after a 12 hour day!

Stop eating fast food on my lunch breaks, utilize the gym at work, get back into hula hooping.

My Program:
Walking on my breaks at work, hula hooping at night with the kids, walks with the family. Stay late at work or use lunch break to use the gym 3 days a week.
