Journey to Fitness

I am beginning my journey to health and wellbeing. I used to be very active but for the last 5 years, I have become sedentary, lost strength and endurance, and become very overweight and out of shape. I am changing my lifestyle one day at a time and leaning how to eat to live, and how to enjoy life and make my life what I want it to be. I strive to be active with my son and teach him how to be healthy by being a good role model.

Your are more then welcome to come walk/jog at Truman H. S. track on Sunday mornings! You can bring your little one and push him around the track!! We meet around 7-7:15am. It is a great way to get your day started and add a little cardio!
