My Goals:
My long-term goal is to lose 120 lbs. So far I've lost 16, but I am expecting 2013 to be a better year for me. I need to take care of some health issues, and then I'm going to be back at it, exercising consistently and making some life-long changes to my nutrition.

My Program:
I work hard outside taking care of my animals and doing yard work. On top of that, I try to exercise at the Y once a week and do workouts at home at least 3 times a week.

Thank you for the friendship add. I see you're a fellow quilter. yay. Are you working on anything now? I have a UFO hanging on the wall, waiting for the border. My older ds has claimed it. LOL Not at all what I had planned to make him.

Your progress is coming right along. Great job! I don't know how much team chatter and support groups mean to your progress; but if it does, I would suggest one of the age goups with x to lose groups. They seem to have plenty of support. And if you ever feel like you are needing a challenge, the challenge groups can put a fire under you. Good Luck!

thanks for the comments. you can get your fitness minutes up there. Just keep working on it. I hit the first one without really realizing it. I mowed the grass a few times, had some garden work I did, etc. It added up quick then.
