Hi. My name is Stephanie. I am a 26 yr old mother of two beautiful little girls. My oldest, Larabelle, just turned 3. My youngest, Desirae, will be 1 in June. I have been overweight for as long as I can remember. Although, I see pictures of myself as a child and cannot believe that at one point I was thin. I know that portions and type of food are my problems and I struggle with being an emotional eater. I am starting a lifestyle change that will, God willing, stick for the rest of my life. And with any luck, my kids will pick up my healthy habits and live a healthy and active lifestyle as well.

Okay, new program for a new start.
1) Exercise at least 2 times a week.
2) Strength train at least 2 times a week.
3) Eat food that is good for my body and will promote a healthy lifestyle.
4) Talk to as many people as much as I can about what I am doing to change my life for the better.
