Good to hear from you. I mostly did WATP DVD's and also a lot of walking working my way up to 2 hours in the evening for walks. Now that it's hot and humid, I go out later at night for an hour walk/jog. Sometimes I'm out there at 10:00 at night. I also joined a gym and try to get there at least 2-3 times each week and do the elliptical, bike, and weight lifting. It's not easy, but I just tried to find the time. Of course, the housework didn't get done and maybe some other things, but I figured I needed to put myself first for a change.
