MY GOAL IS TO RUN A 5K THIS YEAR!

It's never too late to make positive changes in your life. I allowed too much to stand in my way this past year and didn't meet my goal. I will not let that happen this year. I'm proud of the fact that I have lost over 40 pounds in the past few years, but my journey hasn't ended. At the end of 2014, I want to look back and know I finally met my weight loss goal and also other goals I have set for myself.

Good to hear from you. I mostly did WATP DVD's and also a lot of walking working my way up to 2 hours in the evening for walks. Now that it's hot and humid, I go out later at night for an hour walk/jog. Sometimes I'm out there at 10:00 at night. I also joined a gym and try to get there at least 2-3 times each week and do the elliptical, bike, and weight lifting. It's not easy, but I just tried to find the time. Of course, the housework didn't get done and maybe some other things, but I figured I needed to put myself first for a change.
