Maluanova's Journey

When my son turned one I decided it was time to lose the weight I had gained during my pregnancies. I started a couch to 5k training program at 164 lbs in August 2009. At some point I got stuck at 158 lbs. I needed to examine my eating habits... That's when Spark People entered my life. It has been eight months since I started my journey to a better me and I am now 20 lbs lighter, leaner and much more aware of what I eat.
