Michelle wants to get healthy

I am a 37 year old mother of 2 beautiful girls. I have struggled with my weight most of my life and I'm tired of dieting and not being successful. I decided to make a change and have stuck with an exercise program for the last 6 months. I started regularly working out in July of last year and have lost 20 lbs. My Goals:
My goal is to reach 140 lbs, create a habit of getting up in the morning to exercise, get healthy, and feel good about myself and body.

My Program:
Do a Chalene Johnson workout 5 days a week (Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire &/or Chalean Extreme) and do Chalean Extreme lifting 3 days a week. I've learn that weight lifting is good for women and that we need muscle to burn fat and not just cardio.

Personal Information:
I'm a 37 year old mom of 2 smart, beautiful girls. I have a wonderful husband of 13 years. I work full-time as a computer analysist and I'm trying to finish B.S. in Business Administration. In my spare time I like to play with my girls outside, gardening, and home improvement projects.
