So I am divorced as of Oct 3, 2008....I am ready to make a healthy lifestyle for myself. Ready to feel great about myself and ready to have fun. All the things I didn't do before. There are so many things that I like to do like hiking, playing basketbal, shopping, sitting around a bonfire with friends deinking a beer, and just hanging out with friends in general---and then there are those days that I just like to be a homebody, cuddled up under a blanket watching movies and drinking hot cocoa or tea.
My 27 th birthday is coming up (March 4th) and I plan on being down t0 160. Then by June I want to have reached my goal weight of 140. Spark helped me do it last year.....but here I am again, guess I need Spark to help me.

**Once a week weigh ins. (Saturday)
**Run a 12K in Spokane on May 3, 09
**Train for and Run a half marathon in the Portland Marthon 2009
(portlandmarathon.org)

My Program:
**drinking 8 x 8oz glasses of water/day,
**staying between 1200-1550 calories per day
**Run--Run--Run!!!!!
**Do some kind of Excercise everyday.

Personal Information:
I live in Eastern Oregon....absolutely love it here!! I work at a 25 bed (small) hospital as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. I love my family and friends and everything they do for me!!

Other Information:
I love to play basketball or just shoot hoops. I like going to the mountains to drive around and I also love to go on long hikes!!

Ho are you.

Ive been gone for awhile from sparks but back with a vengence. Ive been doing challenges on here and it has paid off. Ive lost half the weight Ive been trying to lose. Yippy!!!!!!!
