My Goals:
To do something active outdoors at least 3-4 times a week. Taking time out for myself has become non-habit forming and I need to start. I want to be able to jog at an even pace by my son's first birthday(june17)

My Program:
I started WW this month. I saw great results my first week and then started to lose momentum shortly after...I can not afford to do that, so here I am. Back for the support.

Personal Information:
I am a 31 year old mom. I am getting ready to go back to school on the 29th of January to finally finish and get my BS degree in Criminal Justice.

Other Information:
I have a thyroid disorder that slows everything down making it that much harder to lose weight. I quit smoking over a year and a half ago... adding even more weight.

Hello Stranger,

I'm finally back. I told myself the day I could come back and not update my ticker UP I would come back on. It was a struggle but I got rid of the 16 pounds I had gained back plus 2 more so I could change my ticker. It's funny, I've now lost 2 pounds in 9 months. Anyway, I've missed you!!! Hope all is well with you.

I know what you mean. When January came around, I just couldn't believe that I had let another year go by, and I still haven't gotten my weight under control....SO FRUSTRATING! I could be at or below my goal weight by now.... oh well, the past is behind us, let's look ahead, and not let this happen next January.
