I make sure i eat breakfast every morning to get the metabolism working.
4 days at the gym with a mix of cardio and weights burning 2000 cals/wk eating around 1200-1500 cals a day

Welcome to the shorty group! You will fit in with the low goal weights! Feel your pain on the hardness of losing. When I was real sick, I was in like starvation mode...nothing would stay in me. Then when had operation, I could finally eat. Everything stuck on me!! Real fast no matter what I ate... Then got depressed over the operation...gained from that. Now a mess...heavy for 4'10" and 56. I used to maintain around 98lbs in my 20's, 105 in 30's, and 110 in 40's. I want to be 110 again! Will be one pound at a time.,,, Keep at it and it will get better!
