I'm back and ready to do this again!

My name is Ashley, I'm a stay at home mom of 4 beautiful children ages 5 and under who keep me super busy. For years I've put everyone before myself (I think a lot of mom's are guilty of this) but I finally realized that in order to be the best wife and mother I can be I need to take care of myself and make myself a priority too!

**UPDATE** On November 13th 2011 we welcomed the newest member to our family, a sweet baby girl. I gained way more than I wanted to with the pregnancy and now have about 30-35 pound to lose to be to a point where I feel comfortable again. I am exclusively breastfeeding so I know the weight is going to come off slower (never just melts off for me when I am nursing)
I am hoping by the time we are celebrating our baby girls first birthday I will also be celebrating reaching my goal weight :)


I'm starting off with the 30 day shred which I will begin on 1/16/12. I'm hoping by the time the 30 days are up I will feel comfortable leaving my baby for an hour or two while I go to the gym :)

I am so exited to be back and SO ready to do this again!

My Goals:
I will completely change the way I think and feel about food. Eating healthy clean foods and exercising daily will be a way of life for me AND my family. I will be a good example to those I love :)

I am still struggling trying to figure out what my goal weight should be but I think I would like to be at the lower end of my healthy bmi

I'm about 5'6" I'm setting my goal for now at 135




My Program:
Fewer calories, portion control, increased water intake, cardio and strength training. Clean eating. No processed food, sugar, gluten or dairy.




Personal Information:
Originally from Washington state, I've been living in Wisconsin for 7 years now. I cant wait to move back to the pacific northwest some day!
