I'm a 21 year old student who out of support is trying to help my mother lose the weight she put on almost 20 years ago. I found this a good opportunity to handle a good deal of stress and the lack of exercise and loss of optimum physical health that has snuck up with the education.

My Goals:
To build muscle and lose fat, to increase strength and stamina, to support my immune system through healthy living and to reduce stress by these means.

My Program:
Fresh fruits and vegetables, fish, minimal poultry, whole grains, no dairy, wheat, eggs, gluten, or hormone and antibiotic laden foods.

Running 4 miles 3-4 times a week.

Adding more strength training -Have to start at a gym or something and tone, otherwise I'll eventually weigh 90lbs and still look oddly thick for that weight. Looking for a much stronger 100-105lbs with less fat and more muscle than I have now.

Vegetarian. College student studying biology.

Hi
Glad to hear you understand things better now. All you have to do here is ask if you don't understand something. We are all here for each other and it's great. Notice I didn't say easy? LOL!:)) But it's worth the work. You will feel a lot better in general. Remember take it one day at a time. Don't get all caught up in every little detail. I speak from experience. If you bite off to much at one time it can get daunting. Exercise and be aware of what your putting in your mouth. Those are the most important things.
