Hi all! (whoever may be reading this). Well, I guess I'll start out by saying that I have struggled with weight for most of my life. Even as a child I was chubby, not fat, but chubby. I was in dancing school from the age of 3 all the way til 7th grade and then on the track team all 4 years of high school. Those 4 years were probably the fittest years of my life and my body was GREAT!!! 160 may seem heavy but it was a LOT of muscle from all the dance and track events. My belly was not a belly!!! LOL---it was FLAT!!! I could actually wear shirts that showed me belly button and not have to worry about it!!! LOL
So fast forward to today....4 kids and a husband later. I had twins with my 1st pregnancy which put on 57 lbs. That was in 2002. Then in 2006, I had another baby. After her, I lost a lot of weight. I was FLY too!!! Only to find out that in 2009, I was pregnant AGAIN!!!! LOL So now I am at it....again!!!! My goal is to get to what I was my senior year in high school which I believe was around 160. I know my figure won't LOOK exactly the same due to the pregnancies but I will look better than I do now. People are always shocked when they find out how much I weigh, because I don't look it. But I am not happy with the numbers on the scale. 160 is my ULTIMATE goal but I will be happy with 170.
I would like to get there by my 35th birthday in Nov. That may be pushing it but I'll settle for close to it. ;o)

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose about 35-40 pounds. I would like to lose it by my 35th birthday but I think that's a bit much to ask. However I will get there eventually. By the new year for sure!!! But I also am thinking about becoming a personal trainer or something along those lines once I get to the me I need to be.


My Program:
Right now I am doing Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30. I have just finished week 1, week 2 starts tomorrow. After I complete these 30 days I will restart Turbo Fire. I've done it before and it's awesome!!! KICKS BUTT!!! In addition I like to go to the local park trails and walk/jog with my 3 year old son in the jogging stroller. Going up hills with him is tough but a great workout!!
