KATHY'S MOTIVATOR

I work nights. I'm currently working out every weekday morning. Mainly due to the type of person I am I pretty much only go when I can get to the gym before I get home. Once I am home I find it hard to go out. I'm hoping for fitness equipment from my kids for Christmas. Right now I'm worried about exercise and eating the next 2 weeks as we are shut down and I'm afraid i'm going to fall into my pattern of grabbing the easiest thing to eat which is not good for me.

My Goals:
I'm doing the Bootcamp for the month of January to jumpstart my weight lose. By the end of January I hope to be at 150 lbs. I am at 156 at this time. By the end of Jan 09 I did get down to 150. During Feb though I only lost 2 lbs. Adding that I am now down to 145. That's 25 lbs down and 15 lbs to go.

My Program:
I plan to do my normal workout at the gym and add the bootcamp videos each day to boost my normal fitness regimen.

Other Information:
I just remembered a family picture was taken late in August and I wouldn't let my 2 children buy a copy because I was at the highest weight I had ever been and I did not like myself. A couple weeks after seeing that picture I decided to do something about it. My son just sent me a picture he had.
