My Goals:
When I started in May 2011 I needed to lose 125 #. To get there I needed to develop an eating & exercise program that I could live with for the long haul.
I am still working on both, but have lost 75 # so far.. need to lose an additional 50 pounds to reach my goal of 145-150.

My Program:
I have set broad eating parameters that are designed to incorporate more healthy, fresh, whole foods into my diet, minimize processed stuff. I am also gradually ramping up the exercise in my life. This year that will be a primary goal.

Thank you for stopping by my blog and giving your feedback. I agree! Did you see that piece of cake? Not the answer or the best thing to have all the time if I want to make good choices. When I first joined Spark, I was a meat eater. Now I am vegan. I cook a lot, and use measuring cups/spoons and the kitchen scale. My husband has a high risk of heart disease and has had high cholesterol since his 20s, so change for me has meant good change for him too. emoticon

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I really appreciate it! emoticon I am kind of like you. I walk around my neighborhood for exercise right now. I also use 8 pound dumbbell's.
