I can do this. I believe in me.

Dusting myself off right now. Beginning again. I know there is no try only do. Only do is the only way to get it DONE!

I am losing 135lbs. I have been on almost every diet known to mankind since I was 11. I am done. Done with the dieting, done with the self hate, done with my thoughts that say you can't be thin, you don't deserve it. I know tough times are ahead but I will perservere! You here me plateaus ! Just try and discourage me! It will not work this time!

To weigh 140lbs, I'll see when I get there.
To create healthy eating habits for me and my son. To be happy with who I am inside and out.
To incorporate daily exercise into my life.
To bring kindness and joy to those around me.

My Program:
To stay present and make smart choices. To create, make a lifestyle change.

Drink a min. of 8 cups of water a day.
Track my food. Even the bite of mac n cheese off my son's plate.
Eat within calorie range everyday. Eat more whole foods.
Exercise 5 days a week and like Bob Harper says, " Never get comfortable in the gym. "



Personal Information:
I have let my weight discourage me my whole life. Yet, I get up and dust myself off and keep at this journey. I don't need or want this extra weight on me anymore. This comfort weight has got to go. I have better things to do, like raise my boy, enjoy my life, my friends, my family, myself!

Other Information:
I like to scrapbook. I love to dance, I've forgotten that and need to remember it daily! I have a toddler boy and want to make every moment with him count! I love to take pictures of family and friends. We will all make our goals happen!
