Driven to Change

I haven't been as active on SparkPeople as I used to be, but I haven't completely fallen off the wagon. i continue to remain very dedicated to my fitness goals, but I want to lose about 15lbs.

The thing I love about SparkPeople is the support, encouragement and information. I truly view my changes as Lifestyle changes, not just a diet. I need to stay focused so I can reach my goals and be the best role model I can to my kids.

My Program:
Track my nutrition every day.

Eat gluten free

Limited dairy

More water

No soda!

Weights 2 -3 x per wk

Eat 5 - 6 smaller meals instead of just 3.
