My Goals:
I would like to lose 60 lbs by Dec 2010. I have already lost 19lbs,w hich is exciting, but I have a long way to go. One day at a time......

My Program:
I started my goal plan by doing a 30 day cleanse and working out 5-6 hours per week. Of that I do cardio 3-4 hours and strengh training the other 1-2/week.

Other Information:
Big Denver Bronco Football and Colorado Buffaloes football fan. Gradusted from CU in 2002 and Love living in Denver with my wonderful Husband, Grant and my 11 year old Akita, Kodi.

Thanks for your comments on my blog. BTW, we will be changing leagues, but it will have to be a year. At this point, he doesn't want to give up soccer. So, he will have to figure a why to make this advantage for HIM!
