Hi! I'm Martha, I'm an 18 year old freshman in college. I used to have an eating disorder but I am now in recovery and I don't intend to go back. I'm 5'7" and about 123 now.

I swam for 12 years and I still love it more than anything! I ran cross-country for 3 years in high school and it's another love of mine. I'm trying out for the team here at college next year. I have so far competed and placed in 3 triathlons, and I'm working on at least one more this summer..and completing a ...

GOALS:

-no eating after 9 pm

-30 to 55 minutes of cardio per day

-6 mini meals each day, 250-300 calories each

-8-10 glasses of water a day

-pray every day

-be kind to myself and others

-2-4 servings of fruits a day [ ]

-be more positive [ ]
-eat fewer cookies [ ]
-increase stamina in running
-4-6 lb. weights 2x a week [ ]
-swim 1 day a week 500+ yards [ ]
-weigh in every day [ ]


My Program:
I run outside or indoors on a treadmill 5 or more days a week. I do an ab workout 3 times a week or more. I have not been lifting weights but I am going to start with 4 lb. and work my way up. I love fruits and vegetables, and grilled chicken.
