I THINK I CAN.

I need to lose 30lbs. I am tired of trying to dress-up my flaws in flattering clothes. I am tired of feeling sluggish, fatigued, and unhealthy.

My Goals:
1) Lose 30 lbs in 1 year.
2) Learn to embrace movement and my physical body ie: stop being so cerebral all the time.
3) Write creatively. Every day.
4)Practice my drums for an hour every day.
5)Eat foods that sustain and promote good health.


My Program:
1) Eat 2 servings of fruit and/or veggies (servings to be increased as program progresses)
2) Exercise 3x a week for 40 minutes.
3) Drink 8 or more glasses of water per day.
4) Journal food and exercise every day.
5) Increase non-food rewards.

Personal Information:
I am a 31 year old female from Boston proper.
I love film noir, playing the drums, and writing/reading fiction.
