Right now I am learning a lot. But so far here is what I'm trying... - slowing adding strength training with dumb bells at home (before I jump in the shower because it's easy) - I like to walk, so add in walking wherever I can, even if it's up the stairs of my building on a cold cold winter morning - Eating breakfast - Trying with much difficulty to eliminate soda, the same goes for sweets and carbs...by far my BIGGEST CHALLENGE
