My Goals:
-Lose 55 pounds by the end of July, 2010 (ambitious, but I'm trying) -Lose inches off waist, arms, and thighs -Increase cardiorespiratory endurance -Increase my overall energy
My Program:
-Tracking calorie and fat intake and limiting caloric intake to 1200-1500 calories a day -Exercising for at least 90 minutes a week, but a goal of 40 minutes 5 times a week
