Back again...
My name is Shay. I'm married to my wonderful husband Matt. And this is most likely my hundredth time trying to lose weight. I've succeed once before but success doesn't like fried foods or sodas. Well new day, new decisions. Currently I am committing to the 2013 Winter into Spring-Challenge: My exercise plan is 6 days a week, 3 cardio, 3 strength train. Well new day, new decisions. Currently I am committing to the 2013 Winter into Spring-Challenge: My exercise plan is 6 days a week, 3 cardio, 3 strength train. My diet plan with be one of only eating and consuming food that is from home (i.e. I made it myself). I will use healthy aimed recipes, and if there is a recipe I find that is not healthy and I want to use it, I will make the changes to make it a better suited for me recipe. On my team I will record my exercise, and comment daily. I will weigh in every week. Overall team goal is to comment on teammate's blogs at least twice a week. I am looking forward to this challenge! I am On Team Sparkling Firecrackers! Current weight:227 5% : 11.35 Goal Weight by April 20, 2013: 215.65 lbs
