Hello - I am 24 years old and currently weigh 213 lbs. This is the highest I have ever been. I have about 80lbs to lose… I am big boned so I don’t think I will ever get to be a Victoria Secret Model… or the size of Sarah Jessica Parker… (I love her & Sex and the City!) lol… But anyways…
I don’t know how I found my way through to SparkPeople! But I am so thankfull that I did… I love it! Everyone on here is great and so inspirational!

I have struggled with being overweight ever since I started around middle school… gained weight every year since then… I was able to gain 50 lbs in one year. ow I need 80 lbs to be at an ideal weight.

I have been gone for a while now from SparkPeople! But I am back! Unfortunally, I have regained 40# of the 50# I orginally lost on SparkPeople but I am looking forward to re-lose those 40# and the remaining weight I need to reach my ultimate goal of 132#.

Do NOT be disappointed in yourself! You learned so much during the process, which will make you VERY successful in the future. Do NOT beat yourself up, if there is one thing I have learned...it just holds you back from being successful now. You ARE going to do this, it isn't a question. The only question is how long it takes! The amount of time doesn't matter, we're so young! What matters is that you are happy, you know? Give yourself credit for jumping back on board and getting back on Sparks--a lot of people don't do the same! You WILL be successful this time :)
