Amanda will be so mad at me that I forgot to talk to you, so I am hoping you will check your Sparkpage!! We don't need for your family to put up Jake. He gets to sleep at the foot of our bed!!! lol!!! Doug said, if I can't trust you by now, after 3 years..... so he gets the guest bedroom. If it isn't working for any reason, we will call!! ......I so wanted to go to Denver Sat!!!!! Bummer.......

Tag your it!!!!! ................................ Just visiting my friends houses, and thought I would say "HI"!! Your doing great!! I am going to be the key hairdresser, and make up artist for the production, I was asked.....last night, nothing like having any time to plan. I sure hope I won't just suck at it!!! Actually I am really excited, Edzen said he would give me a good referral letter when it's over!!! Who knows!! Take care, Jill

You know I don't have any problem getting my water down, I wish I could do everything else as easy! I drink 10 cups a day, with no worries! Try lemon in it, or crystal light? Just a thought! I have talked to some sparkpeople who say if it's not straight water it doesn't count, I don't totally agree with that, For some it's so hard to get it down, so if additives are needed, oh well!! I drink herbal teas, love them! (mormon tea, lol)

Have a good Tuesday, I am looking forward to my Ben Tuesday's, I sure hope it works for both of us, if he isn't liking the whole thing, he can just be honest, I know I will be!

I just thought of something, what is your sodium? Since the tracker breaks down everything, look to see if something is out of wack. I do think it's a fluke, if it's your{tom}, if your consuming too little, too much, for the amount of exercise your doing. Just stick to whatever works for you, persistence is the key. I need to remember that, I have such a long way to go still!! Are you going out with the "lunch bunch" tomorrow? I think I am, also I am going to have "Ben" Tuesdays, did he tell you? We will see how it works for both of us, I know i will drive him CRAZY!!

Don't despair! Sometimes your body needs a shake up with calories, the form of exercise etc... I know if you put out the question, someone will have answers that will help you. You can do this, I can't imagine with how busy you are, but you're so worth every moment!! Jill
