Thanks for checking in on me. I am still here. I haven't been online much lately. Busy with son's activities lately. I still workout 4 days a week and have maintained my 70 lb. weight loss but, am struggling with my food. It is a real challenge to eat healthy and not give in to those extra calories from snacks and sweets.
I have lifted 50 lbs. lately and it amazes me that I carried more than that around on my body for so long. I still remember being soooo tired everyday and wanting to just lay in bed instead of facing the day. I feel good but, know that if I can get another 70 lbs. off, I would feel like Wonder Woman!
One thing I want to recommend to you is to get rid of ALL your larger sizes!!! I have only kept one pair of jeans I wore when I started SP. I want to use it later when I reach my goal so I can stand in one leg for a photo. I never put them on. I just keep tham in the back of my closet for later.
Don't keep comparing yourself in your old sizes. I did that for a while and it doesn't promote positive feedback so I stopped doing it. Celebrate the new smaller sizes you can where now. Just a few "mix and match" items in your current size will get you through the summer without going over budget. I donated 8 30-gallon trash bags full of clothes to Goodwill and I give my exercise clothes that are too loose to my girlfriend who goes to Zumba with me.
I would like to lose 30 lbs. during this summer. I have several trips planned and that always causes me stress but, I am making a plan and will hopefully be able to lose some weight by eating right and staying active.

Congratulations on your 5k! I've signed up for one in June and I'm really nervous about it, but I'm like you, even if I have to walk most of the way, I'm still going to cross the finish line.
BTW, I noticed a comment you left on FreetheGoddess's page and I think you need to trash the size 26 jeans that morphed into size 20! They're probably a stretchy fabric or something, but you don't need that kind of discouragement, plus you deserve a couple NEW pairs of jeans!! :-)

You are doing an AWESOME job!!! You have almost caught up to me. I have been "goofing around" these past 2 months and need to get going again.
I have maintained my weight loss but, got sloppy with my food tracking so I haven't lost anything in a while. I am going to get back on track and focus on exercising 300 minutes per week plus I want to focus on eating my fruits and veggies.
