I am 40 something... upper 40's:) Married to my best friend, we have a 9 year old son. I have battled weight issues as long as I can remember. I decided to get serious about it in the fall of 2011. Lost 16 lb.'s by March of 2012 but fell off the wagon. Haven't gained it back but am not losing either. I know what to do but just need the motovation to stick with it. I just LOVE to eat. Period.
