Hi! My name is Ali. I'm a 55 year old, who is a wife, mother and grandmother. I live in the beautiful state of Maine and would really like to get out and enjoy it more. I have been overweight for my entire adult life. I've lost weight before and kept most of it off, but I still have a long way to go to be at my best.
