I happened to see your "panic button" post. The hardest thing about this entire losing weight thing is wrapping our minds around the fact that it isn't just "food", it's our mindset as well. That, I feel, is the hardest thing to change. I had lost 85 pounds on Weight Watchers and gained 55 of it back...I felt horrible, wondered why I even bothered and just felt as if I'd never get there again. It's baby steps...trying to do it all at once is the hardest thing to do. Set 1 goal this week, just 1. Work hard each day to reach that goal and by the end of the week you'll have some success under your belt....then move on to another goal....and so on...it isn't going to drop off over night no matter what. But if you set and reach that one goal each week it WILL drop off. It might be only a pound at a time but if your faithful to that one goal, succeed, and then incorporate it in to your lifestyle you'll lose it. I'm sending hugs...this isn't easy and you should be proud of the fact that you realize it's a struggle for you and you reached out for some help...your on the way!
