Hello I am Laura, I live in SW Florida, I'm 35 years old, 5 ft 7, 236 lbs. I have been overweight for as long as i can remember. Due to being overweight for far to long I have diabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, kidney preoblems, infertility issues, and on and on.

In October of 2011 I was diagnosed with Diabetic Retinopathy. I went blind in both eyes.I was unable to watch TV, play on the computer, read, drive, write, work and pretty much go outside at all. This is a real life changed. My vision has finally started to improve enough for me to be able to go back to work part time for now.
My life changing event: I just got married on May 5th. I had not realized how horrible I looked until I saw my wedding photos and videos. When I got them back I decided it was time to change. I had gained 30 pounds just since October.
It is now time for it to all be gone!

My Goals:
