My Goals:
Ultimately my goal is to be healthy (as measured by no more BP meds) and fit (as measured by my ability to run).

My first goal was to lose 10 lbs by my birthday. Done.

My second goal is to lose 50 by mothers day.

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am:
- managing my portions
- balanced diet
- counting calories, 300 per meal x 4 meals per day
-drinking 8 to 10 cups of water daily
-run/walk at least 4 times per week for 30 minutes
- using a journal and a pal to keep me honest

Thanks everybody for the support. I am training for the Asheville Citizen Times 5K in september. My last 5K goal was to just show up on race day. I did that. This time I will try to run more than I walk. Happy running!

Hi girly just checking in...Im going to start this thing over and meet my goal. I'll need all of the support I can get. Thanks again for the chat on FB I really appreciated that.
