My Goals:
Ultimately my goal is to be healthy (as measured by no more BP meds) and fit (as measured by my ability to run).

Ideally, I will weigh 135 in time for my reward trip to Jamaica in March 2012.

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am:
- limiting my fast food intake to Subway and Chick-fil-A no more than 3 times per week
-eating more fruits and veggies
-run/walk at least 4 times per week for 30 minutes
-drink 8 cups of water every day

Thanks everybody for the support. I am training for the Asheville Citizen Times 5K in september. My last 5K goal was to just show up on race day. I did that. This time I will try to run more than I walk. Happy running!
