My Goals:
Ultimately my goal is to be healthy (as measured by no more BP meds) and fit (as measured by my ability to run).

My first goal was to lose 10 lbs by my birthday. Done.

My second goal is to lose 50 by mothers day.

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am:
- managing my portions
- balanced diet
- counting calories, 300 per meal x 4 meals per day
-drinking 8 to 10 cups of water daily
-run/walk at least 4 times per week for 30 minutes
- using a journal and a pal to keep me honest

Hi, just saw your comment on the frozen foods article. You mentioned 20 pgs of fast food in your expenses. I can so relate to that. That would be me also and I'm single!
I was wondering how you're doing now with the fast food. Have you had any success in getting fast food out of your diet? If so, can I ask how you did it?
I'm just starting SparkPeople today so I'm getting a feel for what it's like. Let me know if you'd like to be friends. I see we have a lot in common.
