I DONT WANT TO LOOSE MY CURVES. . . .

. . . . .I just need less of them!! Let's face it - I am in my mid 50's and will never look like I did in high school. I don't want to look like I did in high school. I do, however, need to loose weight. I had a health scare about 2 yrs ago and still I carry too much extra weight. Recently, it was discovered my C-Reactive Protein levels are off the charts which makes me a high risk for a heart related event. I read a Dr Oz article that indicated all the fat I carry around my middle ...

CRP measures inflamation and while the test cannot be used to pinpoit the source of the inflamation, it is a good indicator that something has to change. Both my cardiologist and Dr Oz (I can't help it - I like him) say that I have to change my lifestyle. Eat healthier, drink less, more exercise. Who am I to argue.

Your welcome. You should try to avoid cooked fruit. It takes out all the nutrients. But the farmers market should have Macintosh. And when you hit the grocery store avoid anything in the middle of the store. Stick to the walls, or all refrigerated and frozen items such as produce,meats,fish,dairy,frozen,check out.
Unless your buying pet food,water,detergent,shampoo or any other personal item don't go up and down the isles. It will only make you buy stuff you don't need. And NEVER go shopping on an empty stomach!!!
