    I'm new today. I have been working out with a trainer for about two months. I've lost inches like crazy, but have only lost 7.5 lbs. I need to refocus with the food. I'm giving this a try to see if tracking and talking to people in the same place as me will help. I currently weigh 199.6. I went to Yosemite in May and after following a path down to the Giant Redwoods, I had an awful time getting back up the path. It was so steep. That was my moment when I knew I had to do something about my weight. So here I am at 53 starting on my new life. I finally make time for me (my workouts). I'm sure there are a lot of us who have had that "ah ha" moment. Picturing a Park Ranger having to come and get me was mortifying. I made it back up the hill, but it was a lesson well learned. I'm looking forward to this journey, keep in touch. emoticon
