My Goals:
To get healthy once and for all.

My Program:
I am trying to follow a healthy way of eating, and moving everyday.

Personal Information:
I was born in Belize City, Belize. Lived in Canada for over 26 years.
17 years ago we move to the US.

Other Information:
Like most people I was not overweight until in my late 30's.
I developed this unhealthy relationship with food.
I took the weight off about 7 years ago and ran three 26.2 miles marathon (I love running).
I ran one in Venice, one in Greece and one in London. It was awesome. I dropped the ball a few years ago but I still plan to run a New York Marathon. that is my long term goal.

Hello Mags!
Welcome back :) Happy to have you here! I just told someone else...Don't dwell on what you did or didn't do in the past if it's making you feel guilty or upset. That just kills the progress and success that lies before you. It's over. LET IT GO! Move forward. There's a saying that says you can't drive forward while looking in the rearview mirror and I remind myself of that often. We are not perfect and life takes us on twists and turns and sometimes we think we're ready, but well...maybe we're not, etc. Chalk it up to experience and move forward! :) YOU CAN DO IT!
It may not be easy and you won't always be perfect, but SP is always here like a good friend to hold you accountable and give you support when you need it or ask for it! have you tried the LIVE meetings yet. I thought it was a dumb idea because it doesn't fit my loner personality...LOL but I loved them and they give you other things to focus other people's success and a weekly challenge as well. :) Just an idea.
Set yourself some daily and weekly goals and just focus and commit to those...the rest will happen. Even joining the bootcamp or NEW YEARS challenge team is nice to help you just tick your daily boxes and get you to your goals without you focusing on it if you get my drift :)
