Thanks for adding me as a friend. You are doing so great. Any secrets for me to use? I am walking every day at lunchtime and I also try to get some additional workouts at home after work. I am drinking water all day long and have cut out sodas completely and only one cup of coffee in the morning. I am tracking my food like crazy and I don't think that anything is really happening. I feel great but the scale isn't showing it. I need to get myself measured to see if anything is happening there (although I don't think so). My calorie intake is set between 1,200-1,500 for the day. Should I adjust that??
I see so many people doing great things on this site and I really want to be one of those people. I really appreciate any input.
