I am married to my wonderful husband RK for nearly 12 years, and we have 2 beautiful daughters ages 7 and 9. I want to get this weight off, and be fit and healthy for Life! I joined Weight Watchers Jan 5, 2010 (for about the 10th time), but this time it's different. I want it more, and I want to be healthy !
Starting BMI (Jan 5-10): 42.9 OBESE
Current BMI: (Nov 1 12 ): 37 OBESE
I am 5'9 inches tall, and my starting weight was 290.4 lbs ! About 50 lbs MORE than the day I went into labour with my second daughter !

Update Jan 2011: I have reset my tickers goal weight to 199 lbs, as my new goal is to enter 'Onderland' by Jan 2012. This means losing 65 lbs in 12 months, or an average of 1.25 lbs per week! Lets GO!

Update Jan 2012: Still trying to get to Onderland (60 lbs to go ). Maybe this will be the year?!

    Thanks for adding me as a friend. You are doing so great. Any secrets for me to use? I am walking every day at lunchtime and I also try to get some additional workouts at home after work. I am drinking water all day long and have cut out sodas completely and only one cup of coffee in the morning. I am tracking my food like crazy and I don't think that anything is really happening. I feel great but the scale isn't showing it. I need to get myself measured to see if anything is happening there (although I don't think so). My calorie intake is set between 1,200-1,500 for the day. Should I adjust that??

    I see so many people doing great things on this site and I really want to be one of those people. I really appreciate any input.
