I am bound and determined to rid myself of the last 10lbs. I have been stuck at 142 pound for over a year now after losing 40lbs. I am a SAHM of two little ones 4 and 2 and a DH who works constantly. I am figuring out ways to exercise daily but really need to get my diet in order. I enjoy running and can't wait to run with 10lbs less.

We are in the same boat! I lost 40 lbs and I've been trying to lose 10 more. I am "fine" the way I am, but I would love to lose 10 lbs of fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle. Good luck!

Thanks for stopping by my page. I kinda fell away from the JM30DS for a few days, but am back on track. I found the 30 day shed team and joined it yesterday. From what I've been reading, most of those doing the workouts are just starting. I have completed 12.5 days, with a few days off. I didn't make my goal, but that's ok. I think I will still treat my self with the purchase of it, if i do a total of 14 days. I know i will. How is Making the cut going? Have you read it completely? I had to take back the Winning by Losing book (to the library) before i could finish it. I will try to check it out again soon.
