Hi I'm Magnificant Mary. For the last 5 years I have gained approx 65 pounds. I don't like the large frame that I am carrying. I had always been thin. Hi I'm Magnificant Mary. For the last 5 years I have gained approx 65 pounds. I don't like the large frame that I am carrying. I had always been thin. I need to change my life and get more discipline in it. I formerly worked and had lots of discipline but was always stressed out. I'm not sure that I know how to relax, even now. (very disappointing) I talked to a freind who was going to Weight Watchers and she though that I was not eating enough. After looking at the Spark menues I can see that I probably haven't been eating enough.. Last week I weighed and lost 5 pounds. This is really unheard of for me. I'm hopin that this is going to do it for me. Oh yes I love to walk. So I'm joining a gym tomorrow. I'm open to help and any suggestions!!

My Program:
1) By eating 5 Fruits & Vegtables per day

2) exercising 30 minutes each day

3) using the nutrition planner and tracker daily


Other Information:
I Love to Sing!. Read the Bible and other Books,. I like to decorate the house. I really like it when I can reuse something or repurpose it! I also like to go to the mountains and enjoy the beauty that God created.

Thanks for your comment on my SP. I'm glad that I'm inspiring/motivating someone. Afterall if I can lose the weight then so can you!!

Thank you for your comment on my Spark Page! I have not felt exceptionally tired through the past 6 weeks, except at the very beginning (and I think that was just more to do with feeling sorry for myself!) Now I definitely blame this antiviral drug (or the virus itself) for making me so tired! Either way, I'm going to catch some zzz's this weekend and hopefully feel MUCH better by Monday! Time heals all wounds :)

I can find reference to the quote for tha poster online, credited to an unknown author, but no poster. There is not copyright on the one I have. I would say it could be printed out. But you might just print one and take to your local Christian book store to see if they can find a poster of it.
