MAGMAN's MOJO SPARK PAGE
Hi, pretty new to Sparks here, and think it's helping a great deal. sItarted 5 weeks ago at 187 pounds and am down to 174.4; my goal weight is in phases, 175, 172, and then 168-169 with maintenance, of course. What makes losing weight difficult for me: Lack of exercise, too many carbohydrates, and mostly, poor timing of meals--like not eating during the day! I enjoy kayaking, reading, music (classic jazz, blues, R&B, rock), old movies, visiting the East Coast, my job (mostly), ...
