RECLAIMING ME

MAY 2009

I lost myself again to the chaos of life circumstances, and apathy was my companion.

I have chosen to make the next 12 months a year of transition in all areas of my life. That means making goals, mapping out plans and taking action every day.

I have made the commitment to myself to honor all that nurtures and supports me, and simplify my life by removing all that weighs me down.

I am transitioning out of "Just Surviving" and moving ...

COMPLETED: My first goal timeline - 3 months (June 1st - Aug 31st).

- Cultivate & implement healthier lifestyle (DONE)
- Regular exercise routine & tracking calories daily (ONGOING)
- Weight loss: btwn 20-25 pounds

** Shed 24 pounds - Down from 178 to 154 **


Second goal timeline - 3 months (Sept 1st - Nov 30th)

- Continue to maintain new lifestyle; incorporate additional activities
- Continue exercise routine & tracking calories daily
- Weight loss: 20-23 pounds (achieve goal weight)

Third goal timeline - 6 months (Dec 1st - May 31st)

- Switch to complete maintenance of new lifestyle at goal weight
- Maintain exercise routine; track calories weekly (should be familiar with healthy food choices by this time)
- Concentrate on toning body & increasing flexibility

Congratulations on the trainer and all your success. I started working with a nutritionist certified as a trainer, and I found her training advice really made a difference in my recent success at weight loss. Your progress has been awesome.
