- Switch to complete maintenance of new lifestyle at goal weight - Maintain exercise routine; track calories weekly (should be familiar with healthy food choices by this time) - Concentrate on toning body & increasing flexibility
Nadine, I'm SO thrilled to hear from you and so HAPPY that you are going to make some Spark time...I've been doing well and have FINALLY gotten started on Josh's story...I'm committing to 3,000 words a day, I'll have 80,000 words in a month...then the editing will begin...but I'm finally moving forward and that's awesome! Congratulations on the trainer and all your success. I started working with a nutritionist certified as a trainer, and I found her training advice really made a difference in my recent success at weight loss. Your progress has been awesome.
